Site Visit

Set up an appointment with us to get your ADU measured, this will help determine how big or small you would like your ADU. A site visit will also help us provide you with an accurate estimate!

First Draft and Modifications

Once you sign a contract with us, we can start designing your ADU, with a first draft you are able to change anything you'd like before we submit for city approval.

City Approval

Once we receive your city's approval and permit, we can start building your new project! City Approval is very important before we start construction.

Construction

We start construction after City Approval and this phase is usually 3-4 months long with inspections to ensure your project is safe and up to California standards.
