Even if you have a small business you’d like to renovate or even a huge commercial project you want to start from the ground up. Our Commercial Process

Site Visit

All Services start with our in-person site visits. This is to get an accurate visual of your projects size. This also helps us discuss all of your project details and what you expect from us.

City Zoning & Requirements

Commerical work is very different from Residential work. There are more regulations we must follow. We handle coordinating with your city to make the plan submittal process smooth and easy.

Architectual Plans

Once all the city requirements are taken into account, we prepare your plans. With the plans you will receive a consultation from our interior designer to help you design your dream shop, cafe, hotel etc.

Construction & Interior Design

After we received approved plans and a permit from the city, we begin construction. This is a fairly quick process depending on the projects size. While our sister company RS Construction (CALIC#1005429) completes construction, you can collaborate with our interior designer getting all those unique details finalized.!
