Site Visit

As always, we start with a site visit, it is important for additions since we will need to know the existing structural layout of your space.

First Draft and Modifications

For additions it is important to get structural plans, this is to ensure that your addition will be secure and will work with the existing structure we are adding too!

City Approval

We submit your plans to the city, and we ensure it all gets checked out and ready to go for the construction portion.

Construction

Construction for Additions are known to be quite messy. Since we will be removing walls from your home or place its important you move important items into storage during construction. During all construction our guys will clean up at the end of every workday, this is to help minimize the mess on site.
