The Process

Site Visit
Whether it's an empty lot or an existing home we take measurements, this helps our architect create a draft of your plan.

Drafting and Approval
Our architect will create a draft based off of site visit measurements and your initial consultation with us. Once you receive your draft this is your chance to change/add or remove anything you'd like.

City Submittal
Once you finalize the design of your home, we take care of all city paperwork and the submittal process until we receive full approval and permit issuance. This helps ensure everything is to code and legally built. Handling all coordination with the city is our specialty, making it a smooth process for you!

Ready To Build
Once the city approvals are finalized, you are now ready to begin construction! Our parent company RS Construction & Development (CA LIC#1005429) will handle all construction for your project until it is move in ready!
